Since about August, Miles has talked non-stop about going to the corn maze. He was so excited.
When I volunteered in his classroom, his teacher told me that he said Fall Break was going to be the "best Break of his life!" She assumed we were doing something really cool and asked him why. "Because I'm going to a CORN MAZE!"
We may have built up the corn maze a bit too much.
So, Friday we headed out to County Line Orchard with Dustin's Word of Life kids and bought our $5/half gallon cider, our to-die-for apple cinnamon donuts and headed on the wagon to ride out to the maze.
The maze was PacMan themed and very, very large.
So excited and ready to go!
On the bridge that will let you see the pattern in the corn.
Closer up. He was a little nervous to be up that high.
We had the map for a while, but lost it in the corn somewhere along the way.
Drew had a blast, clearly. :) Really, he was very good and enjoyed the ride.
The biology teacher was thrilled with the Photosynthesis learning board
Mmmmmmm... old corn.
At the end we asked him how it was.
Pretty good. Not as good as I ex-tected, uhm, extect, uhm expected, but pretty good.
